Shimada Susan's oyster hut provides fresh-caught oysters everyday. You can grill the oysters over a charcoal fire by yourself. Fully enjoy the oysters to your heart's content on an all-you-can-eat basis within a time limit.

A traditional Japanese cultural experience can be experienced in a really short time.

Montez à bord du bateau et approchez-vous d'un radeau d'ostréiculture. Observez la récolte des huîtres de près. (La vue imprenable sur les nombreuses huîtres cultivées sur un banc de pêche de dix mètres de long est vraiment magnifique !) Admirez le sanctuaire d'Itsukushima depuis la mer. (Approchez du grand portail Torii du sanctuaire en bateau.) Retournez à l'usine ostréicole de Shimada Suisan et observez le déchargement des huîtres. (Observez l'écaillage des huîtres. Les ouvriers qualifiés de Shimada Suisan les écaillèrent si rapidement que vous serez surpris !) Savourez un porridge de riz aux huîtres fraîches à la manière des pêcheurs. (Les huîtres utilisées pour le porridge proviennent bien sûr de Shimada Suisan.)
