Shimada Susan's oyster hut provides fresh-caught oysters everyday. You can grill the oysters over a charcoal fire by yourself. Fully enjoy the oysters to your heart's content on an all-you-can-eat basis within a time limit.

In this experience you can wear a costume called Tsuboshozoku worn by women of noble ancestry 1000 years ago when they went out for the pilgrimage.Change into a full-fledged costume and walk around Daisho-in Temple and Momojidani Park. Unlike general kimono, Tsuboshozoku can rarely be experienced in Japan. While thinking of Miyajima of the past, please spend a gorgeous and unforgettable time.

Board the boat and getting close to a oyster farming raft.Watch the oyster harvesting up close. (The view of a large number of oysters which are cultured on a ten-meter fishing strand appearing from the sea is really magnificent!)Worship the Itsukushima Shrine from the sea. (Approach the great Torii gate of the shrine by ship.)Go back to the Shimada Suisan' oyster factory and watch how the oysters are unloaded from the ship.(Observe how the oysters are shucked.
